I came across this 30cm Brazier by Emile Henry as I was looking for something that could be used to start dinner on the top of the stove and finish cooking in the over. This pan is perfect. It browns meats perfectly and then allows the cooking liquids to reduce into a perfect gravy. Looks beautiful at the table and weighs much less the the cast iron brazier pan I had been considering. Best of all, cleans up easily in the dishwasher. 30cm
