Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
grated rind and juice of 2 juicy lemons
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon celery seeds
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine the dressing ingredients in bowl, whisk to blend. Refrigerate dressing until cold (this can be prepared 1 day ahead).
