Using a meat mallet give each cutlet a good wack to flatten the meaty portion. Heat a large non stick oven proof pan with the oil and sear cutlets for 2 - 3 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle the cooked side with worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and freshly ground pepper. Sear second side, about one minute. Remove and set aside while you cook the remaining cutlets. Return to the pan and place in the pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Serve with a good dollop of Mint & Sweet Chilli Chutney and garnish with a mint sprig
