February Update

Hello My Friends, I hope that you have all had good holidays & lots of Happy Cooking experiences with family & friends. We are not sure where Summer has gone to, we are not even sure it ever actually arrived. 

All is great here in Oxford, we continue to be busy in all parts of our business, Cafe, Cook Schools, B&B's & our lovely kitchen Store. Cook School dates are filling up fast, we know that people are wanting the last part of the year Cook School dates so they can plan travel, we will have July to December dates up by the end of March.

I'm just off on holiday before we get stuck back into Cook Schools later in February. Hopefully I'll catch a "big fish" while up in the Bay of Islands. As soon as I'm back we will update you with a newsletter of all our activities.
