April is Fabulous

Can you believe it, April is here ( nearly gone ), Autumn has been stunning with fine, sunny warm days. We have been busy as usual, lots of fabulous groups through the Cook School and many nights full in the B&B's. It's been wonderful to meet so many new people and share the Oxford - Seagars experience with them. We had a group who decided Oxford was the place to come for their week's "wine" experience!!!! They stayed in Seagars B&B's, enjoyed a Cook School, daily trips to Waipara to taste the fabulous local wines, helped the retail profit of the Oxford Art Gallery, Emma's Book & Gift shop & of course Seagars Kitchen Store. Then we finished off with a night at CastleHill, a real high country farm experience with Chrissy & John, Gin & Tonics up in the rocks, a yummy roast dinner with all the trimmings & sticky date puddings, local wines followed closely by a comfy night staying in the "Old Quarters" up on Castlehill Station. What more could a group of friends want and great for Trish & I to be able to join them in their "experience".
