Home from Italy!

Hello my friends, Trish & I plus our wonderful group of travelers are back from Jo's Cook School in Italy. If you want to read alittle bit about it, you can read the other articles in Jo's Journal.

Our host Cameron who owns the Villa was the master of hospitality along with his sister Beverly, Mamma our fabulous Italian cooking teacher along with her wonderful daughter Simone.

This was a fabulous experience and we have made many friends. Such a success we will be running further Cook Schools at the Villa Campo Verde in Umbria next year. September was the perfect month!!!

Pam Young ( Parmasena ), House of Travel Blenheim did a super wonderful job organising this trip and she will be doing the same for 2010.  

As you can imagine there was lots to come back to, we have planned the 2010 Cook School classes for the first 6 months. Jo's Cook School Lunch & Learn, Emily's Kids Classes in School Holidays & Phil' Mens BBQ classes. 

Renovation work of the B&B's is now under way to have them a great place to stay, hopefully by the end of November these will really look like they are part of Seagars Cook School, Cafe & Kitchen Store. 

The Kitchen Store is enjoying it's new space next door to the cafe and the extension to the cafe has been a blessing already, warmer weather & school holidays enticing more people out to Oxford for the Seagar experience.
