Off to Italy!!

Trish & I are off to Italy this Thursday! Jo Seagars first Cook School class in Umbria, 12 keen NZ travelers in this party all staying in the gorgeous villa, the Garden Of Eggi in the village of Eggi not far from Spoletto. 

The wonderful Pam from House of Travel has done most the planning, she will ensure we are safe on our travel helps enormously with making this a great experience.

We have a fabulous Cook School planned, complete with Italian lessons to start the day, daily adventures filled with foodie delights and local experiences, then back to the Villa for a late afternoon / evening Cook School & Dinner. This will be a great base to launch annual Jo Seagar Cook Schools at the Garden Of Eggi
