I am delighted to introduce Emily Cross. Emily is a Canterbury girl. She has been in the food industry for over 25yrs, 13 of those years being a lecturer in professional cookery, bakery and food safety. Emily brings to Seagars Cook School a passion for cooking and bakery. Emily will also be assisting Jo Seagar in her Lunch & Learn Cook classes but in addition we have enticed her to do some specialty classes.
Specialty Classes: With a network of experience to call on, we provide specialty classes – wine appreciation; Cheese making; Bread making, Gluten free Cooking.

What you have been asking for: Gluten–free, Bread making, Vegetarian Cake baking & Children’s Cook classes.
Emily's classes are $150 per person.
Cheese-making
Dave Milner from Artisan Cheese. These classes are so popular and Dave will be back in Oxford in April 2009. dates will be updated closer to the time.
Cheese-making is $300 per person and is a 2-day course.
BBQ
Something for the lads: Executive Chef Phil Keen will be offering those special BBQ classes. Last summer we set up BBQ classes as a special request. They proved so popular they will be on again in 2009.
