Arrive at 10am for coffee and fresh from the oven baking, then put on your Seagars at Oxford apron ( yours to take home ), pick up your class notes and get ready for your hands on lesson. Following the lesson, enjoy and savour the dishes, complimented with local wines and lively conversation. REMEMBER, the classes listed on my website are for individuals or very small groups of 4 or 5. For larger groups please contact us to negotiate your own date for a class.
A lovely addition to the 2011 schedule is the "Italian Cook Class". These are available to anyone irrespective of whether you have been to any ( or none ) of my other classes! It's all about fabulous recipes from our trips to stunning Umbria. These classes will inspire you to go and visit this beautiful region of Italy!!!
