2011 Cook Class Dates - June - December
The Cook School at Seagars here in Oxford continues to be extremely popular so we have endeavored to provide a great range of classes for all ages and types.
REMEMBER, the classes listed on my website are for individuals or very small groups of 4 or 5. For larger groups please contact us to negotiate your own date for a class. .
My Lunch & Learn class continues to be popular, so I have ensured that there are plenty of date options to choose from for both the Level 1 and Level 2. In addition because so many of you come from either end of the country, we have again scheduled those great 2 day Lunch & Learn classes, so that you can maximise your time away - and get to enjoy our comfortable, homely B&B accommodation.
A lovely addition to the 2011 schedule is the "Italian Cook Class". These are available to anyone irrespective of whether you have been to any ( or none ) of my other classes! It's all about fabulous recipes from our trips to stunning Umbria. These classes will inspire you to go and visit this beautiful region of Italy!!!
We have an "Exclusive Ladies Package", in October to incorporate the Culverden Fete, Art in the Garden and Jo Seagar Cook Class. This will be limited to 12 people, $895.00 for 4 days, includes tickets to everything, the Cook Class, Transport & Accommodation ( Twin Share ). Does not include air fare's. Read more below!!
The BBQ classes were so popular in January we have extended these in December to a "Xmas" theme. get you all ready for a Xmas BBQ dinner.
Our own Emily will be running her classes again. The ever popular Kids Class, Cupcake Workshop & Gluten Free Class
