2010 Cook Class Dates
We have finalised the dates for the 2010 Cook classes to be held till June 2010 at our Cook School and Café.
I will be continuing to offer the one day Lunch & Learn classes as these have proved to be so popular.
For those of you wishing to visit again, the ‘Seasonal Class’ is the way to go! Remember! To attend this class you must first have been with us on the Lunch & Learn.
In a response to many requests, I have backed some of the classes together so that you now have the option of a ‘2-day’ class! Check the dates to see when these are occurring.
For all of those specialty classes, Emily will continue with Gluten-Free, Breadmaking and Christmas Baking. Emily will also run the Kids Cook classes during the School Holidays.
Our executive chef Phil Keen will again be busy conducting the Mens BBQ Classes later in the year as summer arrives.
Cheese Making Classes are again scheduled with our Artisan Cheese Maker, Dave Milner. These are a two-day course and are so popular that you always need to book early for this class.

New at Seagars - Open Late night Thursdays from 5 - 8pm - come join us at Seagars for tasty platters, a main course of the night, a wine, beer or maybe just come for coffee & desserts.
