The aim is to provide small (10 – 14 participants) courses to home cooks looking for new recipes for their cooking repertoire – for either everyday meals or fresh ideas for entertaining.
Classes can be booked from the timetable or you are encouraged to arrange your own private group or corporate booking. Jo can design a class or weekend to suit your needs.
Jo has been working to produce some interesting and more diverse Cook Classes for you. She will of course still be offering one Lunch & Learn class. These have been incredibly popular, so they stay!
In addition we will now have a “seasonal” range of classes, so that if you are interested in returning to the Cook School, you will attend a class that’s all about the foods that are available during that period. We will take advantage of those fresh asparagus, raspberries and strawberries during the spring, tasty tomatoes and sald ingredients during summer, apples and pears during autumn and of course all those root vegetables during winter.
Your menu for the day will be dependant on the season.
Additionally, the cook school will provide AGA cooking classes for owners or potential owners of this classic oven.
